Shipping and Returns
Is my item insured for shipping damage?
  Yes, every item we ship is fully insured.  This cost is already included in our shipping & handling fees.
What happens in the unlikely event my product arrives damaged?
  Even if your items' packaging looks fine, it is imperative that you open it and inspect for any damage. In the unlikely event that it is damaged, please mark the shipper's bill of lading as such, and refuse shipment. Again, if you sign for, and accept a damaged item, Westwood Sleep Centers will not have the ability to replace your product! So please, take the time and inspect everything to the best of your ability before signing for your item.
What will it cost to ship my item?
  Almost all of our products have a fixed amount for shipping ($119.00 US) anywhere in the continental USA.  If not, it will be clearly noted prior to checking out/purchasing your item(s).
What is your return policy?
 
Westwood Sleep Centers offers a 30 day unconditional return policy for beds and daybeds. There can be no returns of mattress sales except for Tempurpedic. Almost all of our items are very large, and once unpacked, are difficult to repackage. Items must be returned undamaged in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. In addition, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance charges. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. It is recommended that you use the same carrier that performed the original delivery. Credit will be issued after Westwood Sleep Centers inspects the returned merchandise and finds no damage.
