At Westwood Sleep Centers, the safety of our customers and associates are
our top priority. Here are a few safety measures we are implementing inside
our stores to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:
- Practicing social distancing and maintaining a 6-feet distance.
- Sanitizing high-contact areas.
- Providing customers with one-time use pillow and mattress covers.
- Offering contactless payment methods.
A Few Requests From Us To You
- Please don’t enter if you’re feeling sick or have a fever.
- Please cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
- Please avoid shaking hands.
- Please wear a face-covering if required or if you feel more comfortable doing so.
Safe Delivery
Let us take the stress out of receiving your product safely with zero contact delivery right to your door. We can also schedule set up and removal in certain areas.
To ensure the safety of both our drivers and our customers we have introduced extra precautions to our delivery process. Some of these additional measures include:
- All mattresses are delivered in sealed plastic bags.
- Delivery teams are wearing protective face coverings and if requested, shoe booties.
- We routinely clean and sanitize our delivery trucks and devices
- All drivers are equipped with extra sanitizer.
